This retreat has come to life as an extension of my monthly online Gateway Soul Journeys, now anchored into the land, where we can gather in person, held by the grounding presence of Gaia and the stillness of Lauderdale.


This is a space to soften, reconnect, and return to yourself.


You’ll be gently guided into deeper connection with your body, your heart, and your soul — meeting yourself exactly where you are, without pressure and without expectation.
