EMBODIED MOVEMENT

Hi, I’m Heather.


During this retreat I will guide you to ignite your creative life-force with breath, yoga and movement. Making connections within you and the environment.


There will be 3 parts to my offering : Yoga in the morning, with focus on grounding, centering, opening and breathing into whole body awareness.


Then in the afternoon we’ll flow into Embodied Dance to raise your vibrations, increase receptivity, surrendering to the rhythms of the music.


I will then be guiding you into Meaningful Movement. This is a journey to remembering your relationship to nature. Creating a combination of movements that honour the process of this ‘moment in time’.
